Linearly polarized RIS platform for targeted manipulation of wave propagation in the 5 GHz band – for WiFi and related research applications. Designed for R&D environments with individual element control for beamforming and signal optimization.

5.5 GHz RIS

For the 5 GHz band — including WiFi — we offer two RIS models:

  • RIS-5Mk1-10×12 — compact panel (23 × 19 cm) with 120 individually switchable elements
  • RIS-5Mk1-16×16 — larger panel (36 × 25 cm) with 256 individually switchable elements

Our 5.5 GHz RIS is a flexible, research-oriented yet practice-ready tool for communications research, security applications, and radio channel optimization — independent of the wireless standard.

It enables investigation of various configurations, beamforming approaches, and signal optimization in a practice-oriented manner. Ideal for early testing of your research and development concepts.
